Daisy + Simon - Rockingham Arms, Wentworth Wedding
Daisy and Simon got married last summer at the beautiful Rockingham Arms in the lovely little Yorkshire village of Wentworth. This one was full of all the best things a wedding can have to offer.
For their ceremony Daisy and Simon decided to get the legal bit out of the way before their ‘proper’ wedding so that they could have a celebrant to conduct their ceremony. We absolutely love it when couples do this, as it means that they can make their ceremony as personal as they want without the restrictions of all the legal stuff. For them this meant that they could include a big ceremony sing-a-long, which was absolutely amazing and such a joyous and emotional celebration. There’s just something so special about a room full of people singing together. Daisy and Simon also got to write their own vows which is also something we LOVE and would definitely recommend. We pretty much think they everyone welled up at some point during the day, so many happy tears!
And then to top it all off the afternoon consisted of a bbq, their super cute dog called Freddie joining the party, an ice cream cart, their dog eating ice cream, a gorgeous sunset couple shoot and so much photo booth fun with some seriously funny/creepy masks.
